Our breakfast menu offers a variety of locally sourced, seasonal and traditional menu options. With a variety of hot and cold menu suggestions to choose from.

The breakfast menu packages are presented buffet style with chaffing dishes, platters, serving ware and includes the best quality disposable dinnerware, napkins, cutlery and table cloths for the buffet along with set up and take down.

 

Omelet Delight $13/per

Omelet on the spot with choices of bacon, ham, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, and cheese served with creamy grits, and buttermilk biscuits

Steak and Eggs $19.50/per

Carved coffee rubbed flank steak; served with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, buttermilk biscuits, and white gravy

Pancake Breakfast $18/per

Buttermilk pancakes with a selection of strawberries, bananas, and chocolate chips and whipped cream, served with breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage links

French Toast Breakfast $20/per

Challah bread French toast with powdered sugar, whipped cream and strawberries, served with breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and sausage links

Chicken and Waffle $13/per

Buttermilk Belgian waffle, crispy fried chicken, drizzled with maple syrup, served with smoked bacon, and scrambled eggs

Shrimp n Grits $23/per

Blackened tail on shrimp smothered in a tomato gravy, mushrooms, chopped smoked bacon, scallions over creamy grits, served with buttermilk biscuits, and scrambled eggs

15 person minimum on each buffet

 

The Pastry Basket $12/per

Locally made assorted danishes, croissants, and muffins; served with a selection of assorted jellies, preserves and honey butter

The Continental $14/per

The Pastry Basket with a fresh fruit display, to include pineapple, strawberries, melons and grapes

Good Morning Sunshine $18/per

The Continental with scrambled eggs, cheese, creamy grits, smoked bacon and sausage links

A Healthy Start $15/per

Hot oatmeal, vegan cous cous with local vegetables, plain yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, chopped nuts, dried fruits, local honey and brown sugar toppings

Grandma’s Plate $12/per

Scrambled eggs, local smoked bacon or sausage links, creamy grits, and buttermilk biscuits with honey butter.

  

Additional charges will apply if guest tables, linen, table decor, glasses, china or flatware are needed. All prices are subject to a 20% service fee, 9% tax fee, a delivery fee, a chef attendant fee and a server for every 50 guest at $25 per hour
