Catering

 

Mouthfeel Culinary Co. provides private catering services. The amount and type of service you require will of course depend on the style of your event, your needs and your budget. We offer full-service catering and light event coordination at your location. Delivery and drop-off services are available as well.  We can do as much or as little for your event as you’d like. Nearly our entire menu is made-from-scratch with lots of love and our breads are freshly sourced from a local bakery. The menu choices shown here offer a starting point for your selection, but we’re happy to customize a menu for you.

OUR POLICY FOR CATERING
Prices on website are subject to change

Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to event. If the event is cancelled 2 to 4 days prior, customer is responsible for paying for 25 % of the food total. If cancelled the day before or day of the event, customer is responsible for paying for food total and balance will either be charged to the credit card or check or cash must be brought in person.

Inclement Weather in the spring/ summer months when rain is predicted, Mouthfeel will reach out to the customer to make a decision regarding catering. Mouthfeel needs a full 72 hours notice if you are thinking of canceling or postponing the catering. If the decision is to go ahead with the catering, the customer is then responsible for payment in full, no matter what the weather brings

Prices Subject to Change

SERVICE
Your menu selection and style of service desired will determine the cost of labor. Service is billed at $25/hour per server/chef/bartender(with a minimum of 4 hours). Server/chef/bartender fees are paid separately from food bill.

PRICING
When using our full-service menu, your event will be priced per person. When using our pick-up/take-out menu, your order will be itemized. (If you choose to itemize your full-service event, a 5% usage charge for equipment applies.)

RENTALS
We will gladly coordinate all of your rental needs with a 72 hour notice, whether simple or elaborate. (FULL SERVICE EVENTS ONLY)

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A credit card number is required for confirmation of contract. A 50% deposit is due within 48 hrs. once the proposal is approved by the client. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For credit card payments, a 3% surcharge applies for totals over $200.00. All payments for services rendered must be paid 5 days prior to the event date. Events within 14 days must be paid in full up front! We use PayPal and Viewpost as payment processing.

GUARANTEE
The total number of people in attendance at your event is required 7 days prior to the function. This total will be considered final and is not subject to reduction. Should your guest count increase, you will be billed for additional guests at the rate agreed upon in the contract. No changes to the final menu are to be made 10 days before the event date!
