Our breakfast menus offer a variety of locally sourced, seasonal and traditional menu options, with a variety of hot and cold menu suggestions to choose from.
The breakfast menu packages are presented buffet style with warming elements, platters, serving ware, table cloths for the buffet along with set up and take down.
There is and an additional charge for disposable dinnerware, napkins and cutlery.
Breakfast Action Stations/ Buffet
Minimum of 15 per entree
Omelet on the spot with choices of bacon, ham, seasonal vegetables and cheese, served with creamy grits, and butter biscuits
Steak and Eggs
Carved coffee rubbed flank steak; served with scrambled eggs, local breakfast potato hash, butter biscuits
Chef Isaiah’s pancakes with a selection of toppings including; sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, pecans, chocolate and butter scotch morsels and hand whipped cream, served with local breakfast potato hash, scrambled eggs, and sausage links or bacon
French Toast Breakfast
Thick cut vanilla bean H & F Challah bread, dreged in a sweet custard sauce, griddled and topped with powdered sugar, hand whipped cream and sliced strawberries, served with local breakfast potato hash, scrambled eggs, and sausage links or bacon
Chicken and Waffles
Vanilla Belgian waffle, grandma’s cast iron fried chicken, drizzled with local hot sauce infused maple syrup, served with smoked bacon, and scrambled eggs
Shrimp n Grits
Blackened tail on Ga Gulf shrimp smothered in a curry tomato gravy, crispy seasoned mushrooms, chopped smoked bacon and scallions over creamy grits, served with butter biscuits, and scrambled eggs
The Pastry Basket
Locally sourced assorted danishes, croissants, and muffins; served with a selection of assorted marmalades, preserves and honey butter
